These are the crisp Moravian cookies crafted using Old World techniques and enrobed in rich artisanal chocolate. For centuries, Moravian bakers have been renowned for hand-rolling the dough until it is whisper-thin, then baking it slowly to create a cookie with a light, crispy texture. Today, these cookies are made using the same time-tested techniques in a North Carolina bakery founded by Moravians in the 1930s. The cookies are baked with only the finest all-natural ingredients, laced with small-batch Béquet caramel and sea salt, rich ground espresso beans, and refreshing peppermint, then coated in rich milk chocolate to create a sweet-tooth satisfying treat. The 15 oz. assortment includes more than a dozen cookies of each flavor. 7 1/2" L x 4 1/2" W x 2 3/4" D. (1 lb.)
