This is the hood made with a super-fine mesh material that mosquitoes, ticks, and other pests cannot bite through. Unlike repellents that use DEET or fragrances, this hood helps inhibit insects and the illnesses they carry such as the Zika virus, West Nile virus, and Lyme disease without the use of chemicals. In tests conducted by the North Carolina State University Entomology Department, the nylon/Lycra fabric blocked 98% of mosquito bites when worn as an undergarment. The breathable fabric does not trap heat and the hood is double-layered for added protection and durability. Machine washable and dryable. Made in US. Green. Unisex. One size.
