Eight embedded optical sensors in the turf measure clubhead speed, launch angle, swing path, and ball spin thousands of times every second, calculating the distance and trajectory of the ball. The included EA Sports Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2008 software for Windows 7, Vista, and XP visually renders your shots on a PC or television as you negotiate faithful reproductions of world-renowned golf courses such as Pebble Beach, TPC Sawgrass, and St. Andrews. Swing-analyzing software is also included, comparable to programs used by professionals and instructors, that can run simultaneously in the background. With each shot the advanced hardware and software confirm if you've hit a hook, fade, or slice. Includes a wireless remote for convenient game setup and club selection.
