The Ombrelli

Handcrafted in Castellucchio, Italy, this ombrelli (Italian for umbrella) features a shaft and crook handle carved from a single piece of solid European chestnut. Renowned for its durability, this naturally weather-resistant wood is stained to highlight its grain and pattern, giving each ombrelli a one-of-a-kind appearance. The shaft's smooth surface also allows the runner to glide up and down effortlessly. When open, the umbrella has a spacious 50" canopy that comfortably shelters two people, yet it collapses to a slim profile accessory. The canopy is stitched from heavy-gauge, coated 100% polyester that provides superior weather resistance and will not tear or fray, and the ribs and spreaders are corrosion-resistant powder-coated metal.
