The Only Six-Person Sandless Beach Mat

Only available from Hammacher Schlemmer, this is the six-person beach mat that sheds sand that comes in contact with it. Using the same military technology to suppress helicopter brownouts, it is made from two layers of patented woven polyurethane that instantly filter sand to the beach as soon as it falls on its surface. Acting as a one-way filter to prevent sand from reemerging through its bottom, the sandless mat eliminates dirt, dust, and water from its surface to ensure a perpetually clean expanse for beachgoers, camping or watching a concert. Rip-stop polyurethane construction resists abrasions from outdoor furniture or pets, the bound edges remain flat, and the mat won’t absorb moisture, preventing mold and mildew.
