The seat is made from durable yet soft, hand-woven rattan, and at 22 1/2" wide, it is 3" wider than traditional seats. The chair is also set low for comfortable elbow support and has 4"-wide armrests, while the slatted 42"-high backrest provides ideal lumbar support. The handmade blond oak frame is cut to shape, not bent like many patio furnishings, to optimize comfort and ensure longevity, and it is finished with a two coat, baked-on lacquer, ensuring it is equally at home rocking on a porch or indoors.
