The Portable Wand Scanner

This is the portable, cordless scanner that preserves documents in digital format. Simply moving the scanner above the surface of a memorable restaurant menu or play program converts the document to a digital image. The device enables up to 8.35" H x 98" L scans and its color image sensor scans at high (900 dpi), medium (600 dpi), or standard (300 dpi) resolution. Images undergo an automatic white-balancing process before they are saved as JPEG files and stored on a microSD card (up to 32 GB, not included). The scanner’s 1" LCD shows the selected resolution, remaining battery life, and memory status, and scanned images are transferrable to a computer using the included USB cable. Two included AA batteries enable up to 220 scans.
