Product Story

The thrill of flight compares to few other experiences, and with this personal aircraft you can soar gracefully over the landscape and see what eagles see, waving to family and friends below. With no need for complicated equipment and controls, this powered parachute is incredibly easy to fly, responding smoothly and readily to straightforward foot and throttle controls. Air flowing from the large propeller inflates and lifts the chute, which in turn lifts the airframe. The unit cruises at approximately 28 miles per hour; increasing speed causes the parachute to climb, while decreasing speed results in descent. Gentle adjustments to the foot controls enable turns. Virtually impossible to stall, roll, dive or loop, this is one of the safest aircraft to fly. It has a range of approximately 100 miles on a full tank of gas with a flight ceiling of 12,000 feet. The two-seater has dual throttle control and full bucket seats with separate shoulder harnesses (chassis can carry up to 550 pounds). The parachute is strategically attached to the airframe for maximum stability and aerodynamics. The seating chassis has the first adjustable front pilot seat for optimal legroom and the ability to change the aircraft's center of gravity based on personal preference. Requires as little as 50 feet for takeoff. The aircraft is powered by a 503 Rotax engine with 50 horsepower; the electrical system is 12-volt DC with current supplied by a rectifier/regulator during engine operation. It comes with a digital engine information system, 22-inch tires, spun aluminum wheels, a ten-gallon fuel tank, position verification strobe light, parachute storage bag and line socks. The frame is rugged, 6061-T6, 6063 Certified Stress Tested TG Aircraft Aluminum and 4130 chrome moly. Comes fully assembled. Not for flight over congested areas. Price does not include shipping, training, communications gear or personal safety equipment. Qualified instructors are available throughout the U.S, and delivery of the unit will be made to customers with proof of training, or to a qualified instructor. Training times generally vary from three to five hours. 82" H x 80" W x 120" L. (360 lbs.)
