This is the innovative enclosed cooking stone that instantly converts an outdoor grill into a gourmet pizza oven. Requiring no fuel or electricity, the patented portable oven simply rests atop the grill’s burners and uses conductive, convective, and radiant heat to reach temperatures from 600° F- 800° F. After a 15-minute warm up, it cooks a 14" Neapolitan-style pizza in only 2-4 minutes, producing the same distinctively crisp crust and delectable gooey toppings as a wood-fired oven.
