Product Story
These are the remote controlled battling tanks that fire infrared “projectiles” at each other from 360º rotating turrets. The tanks move on realistic treads and are fitted with a cannon that fires an infrared beam 12' away at a sensor on the enemy tank. When a tank is hit, LEDs illuminate and explosion sound effects are generated—five hits “wins” a battle. From up to 50' away, the remote control enables commanders to rotate the turret and steer the tank forward/backward and left/right. Each tank requires four AA batteries; each remote requires one 9-volt battery. Ages 8 and up. Each tank: 10" L x 4 1/2" W x 4" H. (1 lb.)
