Product Story
This is the RC drone that bounces off obstacles that send ordinary toy aircraft into a tailspin. Unlike standard drones that offer little protection, this one has soft rings around its 6"-diameter main rotors which act as a bumper to absorb impact from in-flight collisions. Its two main rotors and two tail rotors provide directional control while gyro-stabilization affords easy flying indoors or outdoors. A three-channel 2.4G remote gives young pilots complete control over speed, altitude, and direction. Its rechargeable Li-PO battery provides about 5 minutes of flying time on a 30-45 minute charge via the included USB cable. Includes a spare set of rotors. Remote requires two AAA batteries. Ages 8 and up. 3 1/4" H x 13 1/2" W x 10" D. (1 1/4 lbs.)
