The Remote Controlled Pirate Ship

Faithfully detailed to resemble an 18th century merchant vessel, this remote-controlled pirate ship has sails that hoist, a retractable plank, and 12 cannons. At the bow of the ship, a jib sail is attached to the bowsprit. A mizzenmast sail is fixed to the boom on the ship's stern, and the main mast has a crow's nest at the top with the traditional Calico Jack Rackam's Jolly Roger flag. All three masts have ratlines that are hand-tied and the sails have polycarbonate inserts that create a "wind blown" look when the ship is mounted on the display stand. The fiberglass hull ensures a watertight seal for the motor and the two-channel remote controls the ship from up to 500' away. Remote requires eight AA batteries.
