This is the exercise machine that provides an upper body workout from a comfortable seated position. Similar to devices found at health clubs, it is easy to get in and out of and helps target your shoulders, arms, back, chest, and core. A tension dial allows custom resistance training while its unique hand pedals enable various grip positions. The padded seat adjusts for height and the multi-function LCD tracks speed, distance, time, and calories burned. It folds down for storage and has integrated wheels on the bottom for easy room-to-room portability. Sturdy steel frame supports up to 250 lbs. LCD requires two AA batteries. Assembly required.
