The Self Filtering Water Bottle

This is the only stainless steel water bottle with a filter that improves the taste of tap water. An integrated filter that meets EPA water filtration standards removes chlorine, silt, and other impurities from water that cause unpleasant tastes and odors. The water bottle is made from non-leaching stainless steel that is free of BPA and other chemicals commonly found in plastic bottles. The filter uses adsorption, chemical bonding, and 1/500-millimeter perforations to remove 99.99% of microbes, and can even convert any freshwater source--a stream along a hiking trail or a pond in a foreign land--into potable water. The filter treats up to 100 gallons of water before requiring replacement, the same amount consumed from 757 1/2-liter plastic bottles.
