Product Story
This is the indoor electric grill that eliminates virtually all smoke as you broil, barbecue, or sear. It has perforations in the grill plate and a water-filled drip pan that catches fat and juices before they burn, while reducing grease splatter. The 1,200-watt grill uses direct and radiant heat to reach 445º F, and the temperature adjusts up or down with the press of a button, replicating the steak-searing capability of an outdoor grill. Its 9" W x 15" L cooking plate provides ample space for four N.Y. strip steaks and is made from nonstick cast iron. Grill plates and drip pan are dishwasher safe. AC plug. 19 1/2" L x 11 3/4" W x 5" H. (13 lbs.)
