The Space Saving Desktop Shredder

This is the paper shredder that fits unobtrusively on a desktop and enables convenient disposal of sensitive documents. The shredder requires as little space as a desk lamp and cross-cuts paper into unreadable scraps. The unit shreds up to six sheets at once and tears through 7' 7" of paper per minute. The shredder can be set to automatically start shredding when paper is placed in the slot and it has a reverse setting that clears paper jams. A built in handle allows it to be carried to a wastebasket and simply opening the bottom panel empties the bin. The shredder’s motor generates only 62 dB of noise, about the same produced by a normal conversation, the bin holds up to 1.3 gallons of shredded paper, and the shredder has an LED that illuminates when the bin is full. 13 1/2" H x 11 1/4" D x 6 1/4" W.
