Fitting comfortably on the face, the mask blocks ambient light to create a restful environment while its two included aromatherapy inserts emit a bouquet of calming fragrances, including lavender, neroli, and jasmine, a known insomnia remedy. Meanwhile, the cooling gel insert, chilled in the freezer, conforms to each individual’s face and orbital areas to reduce eyelid puffiness, banish eye strain and fatigue, and alleviate headache pain. The mask’s contoured cut-outs permit the eyes to blink to alleviate pressure.
