The Remote Controlled Backyard Mosquito Mister

This is the backyard mister that repels mosquitoes in a 2,000' sq. area and can be operated remotely from a safe distance. It uses EPA-registered permethrin, a synthetic form of naturally occurring pyrethrin derived from chrysanthemum, to kill up to 90% of mosquitoes, flies, gnats, no-see-ums, ticks, and other biting insects and repel them for up to six hours with only a four-minute misting. Permethrin biodegrades quickly so it is safe and gentle on the environment. The remote control activates the device from up to 100' away, with a 12-second delay and audible countdown to allow bystanders to clear the area. The mister has a rustproof, two-gallon polypropylene tank that accepts a bottle of permethrin (required, sold below) mixed with water from a garden hose; three nozzles generate a fine mist. Smooth rolling wheels and a telescoping handle provide easy setup. 30-ft. cord plugs into AC. Includes one CR2032 battery for remote. Requires concentrate refill sold separately below.
