The Travel Scanner

As long as a pencil and slipping into a shirtpocket for easy travel, this is the cordless handheld scanner that records its contents onto a memory card for later retrieval on a computer. As you move the scanner over an area as large as 53" L x 5" W, its sensitive color image sensor scans at high (600 dpi) or standard (300 dpi) resolution, saving images as JPEG files stored on an inserted microSD card (sold below). Images are downloaded to a computer using the included USB cable. Its built-in display shows the selected resolution, remaining battery life, and memory status. Its rechargeable battery uses an AC adapter. Supports microSD cards as large as 32 GB. Its software stitches together multiple scans to create a panoramic digital picture.
