The Traveler's Water Weights

These are the portable weights that include water-filled medicine balls, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Weighing less than 3 lbs. when stored within an included carrying bag, the kit provides those who make staying active a priority an ideal suite of exercises for strengthening and toning muscles. A set of two dumbbells includes eight PVC weights that each fill with up to 4 1/2 lbs. of water, slide and lock into place onto a foam-covered bar, and allow a maximum of 20 lbs. per dumbell. Two medicine balls made from PVC—a 3- and 7-lb. option—fill with water for use with abdominal exercises. Three resistance bands—light, medium, and heavy weight—come with removable handles and a heavy-duty door clip. The included DVD provides three 20-minute exercise routines to help encourage muscle endurance, overall strength, coordination, balance, posture, and agility.
