Very difficuicult to put together.
Too complicated for me
Carafe glass is so thin and fragile, it broke while I was washing it for the first use.
While washing the carafe before using it for the first time, it accidentally tapped against the sink faucet and broke. The glass is almost paper thin. Donβt waste your money on this. Just touching it is like walking on eggshells.

I wrote a comment saying that I was underwhelmed with the Dorothy. I had issues with it and it was messy and left coffee grounds in my coffee. Customer service reached out to me and worked with me to resolve my issues. Though I am still not satisfied with the product, their customer service was outstanding and made the return process easy! I appreciate that more than words can express and that alone would make me more willing to try something from here again!
Doesn't work
Need a refund. I used this cold brew coffee maker with a setting of 39 minutes and the strength of the coffee was very week. It doesnβt work and require a refund.
Broken?
Canβt even figure out how one of these presto cold brew coffee makers came cracked as they were packed good so it must have been cracked before shipping? Anyway, unusable right out of box
Item not worth the money
I ordered this item, but it did not work. I set it up a few times and it never worked like they said. It never got to the tornado stage. It never spin like it was supposed to have done.
GLASS CARAFE WAS BROKEN
DUE TO MISHANDLING OF THE ITEM IT WAS BASICALLY A BOX OF BROKEN GLASS. DUE TO MEDICAL ISSUES DELAYING OPENING BOX I MAY NOT HAVE ANY RECOURSE.
Not user friendly
Once you take the unit apart to clean, it is quite difficult to reassemble to use. Iβm still trying.

I brough 2, neither of them work, the tunnel in the water never occurred. You could hear the motor just running with no affect on the water.
Waste of money
Itβs easier just putting ice in my coffee. No mess or waiting time.
