When you metaphorically “put something on the back burner,” there is no concern for space. The cooktop of the mind, it seems, is one of infinite burners, capable of keeping everything warm all at once. If only it could be the same for the non-metaphorical stovetops of our kitchen. But alas.
This stainless steel electric skillet will not vastly increase your culinary output. It will, however, add another heat source, one capable of keeping things warm or cooking at up to 450°F. And when you’re done, the skillet can be removed and put straight into the dishwasher, which means the meals can be ambitious, but the cleanup doesn’t have to be. Now, if only you could remember what you meant to make for dinner. You put a meal idea “on the back burner” earlier, and now you just can’t recall…
