There is a particular kind of childhood optimism involved in imagining the perfect place to get ready. Perhaps it had a grand mirror, maybe an unreasonable amount of pink, and almost certainly enough surface area for every brush, bottle, and mysterious little cosmetic tool to have its appointed place. What it probably did not include was an electrical cord snaking across toward the nearest outlet.

This rechargeable mirror keeps the fantasy largely intact. One side provides a full 1X view while the reverse offers 10X magnification for close work, and 38 bright white LEDs cast an even, diffused glow around the 9" mirror. Its cordless design allows it to sit wherever the light and the morning routine demand, while the rotating head adjusts easily for the right angle. At 17" tall with a sleek chrome finish, it has enough presence for a permanent place on the vanity without looking as though it was issued by a cosmetics counter.
