I had a little bit of trouble at first. I found out I need to add a little more coffee. But it does really work well. I think I’m going to be happy with it now I don’t have to run to WAWA for cold brew coffee. I’m glad I seen this on one of the morning shows

Very difficuicult to put together.
Too complicated for me
Carafe glass is so thin and fragile, it broke while I was washing it for the first use.
While washing the carafe before using it for the first time, it accidentally tapped against the sink faucet and broke. The glass is almost paper thin. Don’t waste your money on this. Just touching it is like walking on eggshells.

I wrote a comment saying that I was underwhelmed with the Dorothy. I had issues with it and it was messy and left coffee grounds in my coffee. Customer service reached out to me and worked with me to resolve my issues. Though I am still not satisfied with the product, their customer service was outstanding and made the return process easy! I appreciate that more than words can express and that alone would make me more willing to try something from here again!
Doesn't work
Need a refund. I used this cold brew coffee maker with a setting of 39 minutes and the strength of the coffee was very week. It doesn’t work and require a refund.
Broken?
Can’t even figure out how one of these presto cold brew coffee makers came cracked as they were packed good so it must have been cracked before shipping? Anyway, unusable right out of box
Item not worth the money
I ordered this item, but it did not work. I set it up a few times and it never worked like they said. It never got to the tornado stage. It never spin like it was supposed to have done.
You get what you pay for. Messy and time consuming
This product seems great in theory, but it’s a very messy process. I was hoping to give one of these as a present, but I wouldn’t want any of my friends trying this. The plunger did not remove much of the coffee grounds, so I was left with a very gritty cup of coffee. I tried filtering it, but that turned into a messy disaster. I ended up throwing away most of the coffee, and it takes 2/3 of a cup to begin with! A big waste of time and money.
Too much trouble
Setting it up and spinning the water/grinds is OK, but the French press part where the press filter separates the liquid from the grinds is flawed. Maybe my grinds were too fine because the press filter got instantly clogged and would not pass any fluid so the gaskets opened up allowing gritty coffee into the carafe. It takes a lot of slow post filtering to make it drinkable.
GLASS CARAFE WAS BROKEN
DUE TO MISHANDLING OF THE ITEM IT WAS BASICALLY A BOX OF BROKEN GLASS. DUE TO MEDICAL ISSUES DELAYING OPENING BOX I MAY NOT HAVE ANY RECOURSE.
Not user friendly
Once you take the unit apart to clean, it is quite difficult to reassemble to use. I’m still trying.
Doesn't work
I brough 2, neither of them work, the tunnel in the water never occurred. You could hear the motor just running with no affect on the water.
Waste of money
It’s easier just putting ice in my coffee. No mess or waiting time.
