It’s smooth, quiet, easy to use, and stores perfectly right under my tv cabinet. Workouts are quick and efficient, like 20 mins for a 900 calorie burn. It’s great for circulation, easing stiff joints and muscles, eliminating cellulite, improving bone density, improving balance, reducing fluid retention, building core and leg strength…just all of the things! I’m so impressed with the Vita trainer vibration machine. It is heavy duty but easy to maneuver around like luggage. It is absolutely silent when in use. It has a smooth study vibration. I’m so excited to have this vibration plate. It runs super quiet and has 40 levels of vibration. The first 2 days have been filled with laughter as we all take turns watching our bums and boobies jiggling. I plan to use it every day and look forward to seeing the benefits I have seen on many youtube videos.
