Great people, great product.
Although the product I received was not what I expected, the company immediately took steps to rectify the situation. Although I say it wasn’t what I expected, I must admit it is a very good product. It kept my coffee hot for a very long time. I expect when the warm weather comes. It will do the same for my ice tea as a cooler. I was expecting something to function like my Ember cup. Although the base can be used to keep my phone charged, I was under the impression it would keep my coffee warm. Although that’s not the case, as a thermal insulator, it does its job very well and for a very good price.

This is the 2nd set of these that I have bought of these on Morning Save! My husband bought these for me last Christmas (at a much higher cost than here at MorningSave) and I work in Florida for Spring Training with the Pittsburgh Pirates. I can put my ice cold water in these at 9:00 a.m. work all day long and at 4:00 p.m. at the end of the game in the hot Florida sun my water is still as cold as in the a.m. Same with traveling, when we travel to and from Florida to PA and vise versa. I can put a cup of hot tea in my bottle, leave to head North and my tea stays hot until I’m ready to refresh it at one of our stops, 8-12 hours, without a problem! The charger is just as good! Never worry about my phone going dead, the charger is always ready to back up my phone!!! Buy it and I guarantee, you will Love it. If not, I’ll take it. Everybody wants to know where to get them.

Ok I didn’t quite understand the charger. When he laid the phone on it, I thought it was wireless charging, but it is not. I still have to charge the charger so it would not keep a beverage hot or cold all day. the power bank is way to heavy to take with me along with a full bottle.
Bought three packs
Only received 4 bottles when I ordered 6, three two packs and one of which of the four received was a dud and sadly got these for my 5 kids. Which the oldest can wait, and the sixth one was going to be mine, yet my 7 year old is very upset that hers doesn’t charge or even came with a charge like the other 3 and this little girl really uses chargers for her tablet for school to charge her tablet and is allowed to have water in class, so this item really knocked it out of the park hitting two birds with one stone. I did summit an email to customer service stating I got these from a promo on face book only to realize it was something I saw on ET tv and would help them carry less things in their school bags. I hope to hear back from the manufacturer soon. And I will def change my product rating to. Definite 5. Depending on the customer service and to put a smile on my youngest daughter’s face.

Its my fault… I didn’t look closely… it’s a complete looser as it’s not good for travel being as the whole top has to be removed to drink… only good if you’re also carrying a additional drinking cup with a opening to sip out of… I’m really sorry I bought this… not worth it all!!!
Greatly Disappointed
I charged the battery pack, set my Iphone on it for about 3 hours and it only charged from 47 - 49 in that time period. I wanted to give as a gift, but will probably try to send back.
The bottle is nice looking, but, the charger doesn’t work. I’ve tried it on different phones
