Two filet mignons are seasoned, the pan is shimmering, and the anniversary dinner has very little room for guesswork. Thin cuts move from just right to a little too far in a hurry, which is exactly when nobody wants to be poking at them.
The MeatStick Chef is the slimmer member of the family, sized for filet mignon, salmon steaks, chicken breasts, and other smaller cuts. Three sensors sit inside the meat and a fourth reads the heat around it, all reporting to the free app on your phone. With no wires and no cord to route, it goes into the oven, onto the grill, into the air fryer, or even into a pot of frying oil.
The stick runs for more than 18 hours on a charge, plenty for several evenings at the stove, and it washes up in the dishwasher. When the plates come out, the only thing anyone will notice is that the steaks are exactly the way you meant them to be.
