Long before glass baubles came packed in tissue, a Christmas tree was trimmed with what the season provided: a few pinecones, a sprig of berries, a length of ribbon saved from a parcel. That look has endured because it never tried too hard. Today it can arrive ready to tuck in.
Each of these two sprays stretches 28 inches, mixing needle-style evergreen tips and bristle tips with pinecones, leafy greens, white twigs and clusters of blue berries. Small gold bells add a glint, and black velvet bows finish each one with a tailored touch.
Flexible stems slip into a tree’s open spots, a garland or a potted arrangement and bend to fit. Use them side by side for a fuller display, or let them carry the look from the tree to the entry. They’re suited to covered porches as well, so the welcome can start at the front door.
