Haven’t used but likes that Warranty is lifetime
9 piece cookware set
I called to get a refund because these pots and pans don’t work on my stove top. I was told that you were going to send me a return slip to help with postage and I never received it. Please send it so I can send the pots and pans that I didn’t use to get back to you
Not induction
Horible they advertized as induction but it is just aluminum and then trying to get a refund is up in the air then the membership is another problem don’t belive the ad or morningsave
FALSE Advertising- Returns NOT accepted! Buyer Beware!
This is advertised as “Compatible with ALL cooktops”, so I purchased two complete sets. (For a change, this actually arrived as a COMPLETE SET- whereas my other holiday order arrived broken, used and missing parts.) Customer Service said, “Food Items cannot be returned”, so I am out $218. I cancelled my membership and plan to tell everyone to BEWARE of MORNINGSAVE & DAYBREAK. Once they have your money, they give you the runaround. I purchased something under false pretenses. SHAME on them!
