will not power up
recieved this product and neither the power button nor the heat control button will work…item appeared to have been open prior to recieving the item…the shipping container box had not been open just the original box from the supplier…still waiting on a response to what i’m supposed to do with it or how to return it

This product is way too powerful for a small person. Morningsave has failed to respond to my message asking for how to return this product. I will never again order from morningsave…
