Rubbish
They have horrible bass and within a week one side stopped working. Waste of my time and money. I wanted to like them for the gym. JHud please don’t endorse this. Thank God they were only$15 with said discount. Clda got better quality at five below
Wrong color
Honestly I haven’t checked out the sound on these because right off the bat I was disappointed at the color. I ordered the “sand” color but these look like a soft pink. So matter how they sound I’m dissatisfied because the color isn’t what I ordered. I know it’s a small thing to be upset about but when you pay for a product no matter the cost the customer should receive what that company promised. I feel like these days companies don’t care about making the consumer happy just as long as they get your money. Do better and care.
I must bang on left speaker for right speaker to fuction
This is no way a “MORNING SAVINGS” when the product doesn’t operate properly as it should. I must “bang” on left side in order to get right side to operate as expected
Poor Customer Service
I ordered 3 and today only 1 was delivered but my credit card was charged for all 3 and I got a message that my order was delivered today…no person to call only an email so I emailed them and should hear back in 1-2 business days…
Poorly designed
They don’t go over your ears completely. They don’t touch the top of your head and won’t fit securely and they just fall off your head. They look good in the picture, but don’t let that fool you.
Only one speaker works
Tried reaching out to support and have yet to hear back. It’s been 5 business days when the prompt says it should be 1 business day.
Does not work
Only the left side of the headphones is working. Reached out to container service and haven’t got a response yet.
Just got my REIGN headphones
Took them out the box. Charged like instructed. The RIGHT SPEAKER DOESN’T WORK. how do I go about getting another pair?
How do I return Reign Headphones
Reign headphones will only pair and work if they are plugged in , so these are useless to me .
Missing ear cushion
Package didn’t appear to have ever been opened but it is surely missing a whole ear cushion. Very sad.
Defective
Only the right earpiece works and something is loose inside of it. Sent email but have not received a reply.
