To this day, cassettes are the only physical audio medium that is just as easy to record onto as to play. Vinyl and CDs have their advantages, but you can’t just press a button on a turntable and make a new record.

Not only does this tape deck let you play cassettes through any Bluetooth speaker, or the included retro '80s-style headphones, or any speaker you can connect to with an AUX cable - it also lets you record to cassettes, either through the built-in mic or by receiving Bluetooth audio.

So you could, for instance, stream a radio station from your phone to The Bluetooth Cassette Player & Recorder and hit “record” every time a song comes on that you like (remember taping songs off the radio?). Or you could record work calls to trusty magnetic tape for review later. Or just talk directly into the microphone to record audio notes to yourself, no app or phone necessary.

Listen to old tapes. Record new ones. So simple. And yet, the possibilities, the possibilities…
