A lovely item to own
This item arrived so beautifully packaged and the item itself is lovely and is the right size to be held in my hand. I have only used it once but I was super pleased. My only concern is with the instructions. I feel we are not give clear instructions about charging the unit.

Unworkable Product
I am totally disappointed at this point. It was thrown in my mailbox with no delivery box only the product box with no bag or receipt for my order! It worked less than a minute and then quit
